I am very interested in this area as my grandfathers farm is listed in your record of land holdings. I have been trying to figure out if it is the farm I lived on till I was in the second grade, although I think where we lived at that time, came under Greenwich Township. Hi Janice, I am just starting my "ancestor quest" and am interested in the Edlington Cemetery in Clarksboro. I know my grandparents Wade H. Kandle and Mary Catherine Cramer Kandle are buried in a cemetery there. I don't know where to go to get more information about their grave sites. I now live in Kentucky, so getting to the cemetery would be a problem. I tried to email you but I am on

Mike, thanks for the information about the Ladd House. I went out and visited it, took photos and put together a history of the house, along with the family's genealogy. From the East Greenwich web site, you can find this by going to History > History
of Gloucester County > scroll down and click on "Gloucester County USGenWeb" > scoll down to "New to Site" and select > History of Candor Hall (W. Deptford NJ) and Genealogy of the LADD Family. Enjoy!
